# Goal of Litepaper (Scroll)

Our goal with the Timbuktu DAO Scroll is to provide a condensed yet informative overview of the Timbuktu DAO Whitepaper, its mission, solutions, and tokenomics. It aims to offer a clear and concise understanding of Timbuktu DAO's purpose, its approach to Web3 technical education in Africa, providing sustainable solutions through investment in decentralized tools, Timbuktu City as a Network State, the role of its governance token ($TIMB), and the benefits of community engagement, all within a limited page count. The scroll is an accessible introduction to the broader vision outlined in the full Timbuktu DAO Whitepaper.
